Take one dropperful an hour before bed. Take another dropperful right before sleep. You can also anoint the area between your eyebrows (third eye) as well. Calea Zacatechichi is known to be incredibly bitter, so feel free to add to your tea or a glass of water instead of taking directly.

Each tincture is made for a specific purpose and not all are used the same. Some are used for long term use and some are for short term.
Each tincture has their own instructions in their description
Generally, we don’t want to take herbs daily for over two weeks. This varies herb to herb, tincture to tincture, case to case. (Also why it’s good to contact me for a private consultation if you’re dealing with a chronic condition!)
My recommendation for tinctures in general are to take one to two dropperfuls twice a day and not more than two weeks.
Most tinctures in my shop are used for acute purposes, such as the deep sleep tincture or the grief relief tincture - take these when you feel that you need them.
The immune boost tincture can be taken three times a day for two days if feeling the onset of an illness. This one shouldn’t be used for a long duration due to the strong energetic nature of the herbs used, this can cause an imbalance in the body.

Flower essences are vibrational medicine, they target the emotional and subtle body. I use them in my tincture blends for a full rounded approach to medicine. I often use them in my practice because chronic conditions typically have an emotional, spiritual, or psychological element involved. They can help overcome emotional blockages that may be getting in the way.
Flower essences don’t involve plant constituents the way that tinctures do. Tinctures are alcohol extracts of the bioactive constituents in each plant. Flower essences utilize spring water, the plant itself, and sunlight (or moonlight). No extraction is involved. This is a safer way to work with poisonous plants as well. This way we’re working with the subtle nature of the plant, not the biology of the plant.
I find that flower essences are helpful when working with archetypes within the self. They are useful when doing trance work, shadow work, or plant spirit work in anyway.

My bitters are created mainly as herbal extracts for cocktail or culinary use. Each of them have their own unique medicinal properties, but the intention is for a highly potent exploration on flavor and energetics for herbal cocktails.
You can use these in any cocktail of choice or any herbal beverage of choice. Use 1-2 dropperfuls in a drink
A classic Old Fashioned recipe
2 oz bourbon
1 sugar cube
2 dashes of bitters on top of the sugar
Muddle the sugar with the bitters
Add ice, stir, strain over a glass with a big ice cube, serve with an orange twist.
