Initial Consultation:
This is a long consultation, typically running from 1.5 to 3 hours.

Customized plan:

You will receive from me a customized plan that will give full detail on a range of herbal formulas, flower essences, nutritional support that’s tailored to your energetics, and possible activities or rituals to incorporate with the rest of the plan.

Follow up :

We will schedule a follow up around 2 weeks after the plan. We will monitor symptoms and modify the initial plan if needed. I am here along the journey to answer any questions that come up.

About my practice:

I am not a therapist, doctor, or medical practitioner of any sort. I cannot treat, diagnose, or make claims to cure. However, I am well versed in utilizing herbs therapeutically for various physiological and mental health issues that come up. I use a whole body approach rooted in vitalism (the body’s innate ability to heal itself). I look beyond a diagnosis and see the whole client with their unique history. It’s my goal to help others understand their bodies and what their symptoms are trying to tell them.
