In depth intakes
$175

Amanda is available for in depth herbal consultations with a vitalist perspective. We’ll go through your past and present to discover patterns that contribute to chronic illness and other long term issues. We’ll figure out the root cause of your symptoms and come up with a individualized plan.

This is a lengthy interview ranging from 2 to 3 hours. During this interview I will listen to your full health story. I may give you suggestions, tips, or education at the end. I will throughly look into your case and research if needed in order to give proper care after the interview. I will later provide a write up. This can include specific herbal remedies to your unique energetics, dietary recommendations, lifestyle changes, and flower essences (psycho-spiritual medicine). Everything is confidential and all information remains between you and I. I may suggest further follow ups and coaching with me.

Six Week Wellness Coaching
$875

We will start with an in depth intake (see above). I will dive fully into your health story and help guide you along your journey to a better state of health. We will see each other weekly for six weeks and monitor your symptoms. We will work with nutrition, herbs, flower essences, and vitalist practices to bring you back to balance. You will receive clear instructions and guidance after each meeting. You must be willing to make lifestyle changes and dietary changes - I only work with those who are willing to incorporate animal based foods in their diet.

Acute Conditions
$45

Have a cold, the flu, ear infection, ect? Have a question regarding herbs or nutrition? Need some general guidance involving herbs? Reach out for an acute consultation and I will give you herbal recommendations for your specific ailment. Herbal products not included in price.
