Initial Consultation:
This is a long consultation, typically running from 1.5 to 3 hours.
Customized plan:
You will receive from me a customized plan that will give full detail on a range of herbal formulas, flower essences, nutritional support that’s tailored to your energetics, and possible activities or rituals to incorporate with the rest of the plan.
Follow up :
We will schedule a follow up around 3 weeks after the plan. We will monitor symptoms and modify the initial plan if needed. I am here along the journey to answer any questions that come up.
